Why should I order from DOSTOFARM®?
With over 20 years of experience, we are the specialists in the field of natural active ingredients for healthier animals. You can rely 100% on the certified quality of the natural essential oils we use. Our high-quality end products are produced in northern Germany under standardized conditions. We at DOSTOFARM® can ensure a consistently high standard of our work and thus contribute to modern, healthy and sustainable animal and human nutrition.
Is the packaging produced in an environmentally friendly way?
Environmental protection and sustainability are an important part of our corporate culture. Wherever possible, we use materials that are recycled and certified (DIN EN ISO 14001). As our products contain a high proportion of essential oils, they must be packaged airtight to prevent the active ingredients from volatilizing. For this reason, it is unfortunately not always technically feasible to do without plastic.

When is the best time to call you?
We are available during our business hours Monday to Thursday from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. and Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon.
Online store and orders
How high are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, the shipping costs are €5.50 including 19% VAT. From 50,00 € your order is free of shipping costs. We will ship your order to Austria for €9.50 including 19% VAT. There are no shipping costs from an order value of €50.00.
Do you also deliver to other countries?
Shipping of our products via the online store is only possible to Germany and Austria. Product availability varies from country to country, please contact our international sellers directly for more information.
When will I receive my order?
Our delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days.
How is the order shipped?
Within Germany, your orders will be shipped with DHL.
Which payment methods are supported?
PayPal, Sepa direct debit, Mastercard and Visa.
What right of return do I have?
You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail, fax) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of these instructions. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient for the revocation period. The revocation is to be sent to: DOSTOFARM GmbH, Hansacker 24, D-26655 Westerstede (shop@dostofarm.de).
What are the consequences of canceling my order?
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods or services received in full or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. Furthermore, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as if they were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value. Items that can be sent by parcel post must be returned. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. You must bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.
Do I have to create a customer account to order?
No, you can also order as a guest.
How do I redeem a discount code?
If you have received a discount code and would like to redeem it, enter the code in the field provided and click on “Add voucher”. The corresponding discount will then be automatically deducted from the payment total.
Products
What is the difference between natural essential oils, nature-identical oils and synthetic oils?
Natural essential oils are extracted directly from the parent plant or part of the plant. This is a multi-component mixture. All components and their natural proportions of the plant are thus retained. Nature-identical oils, on the other hand, are oils whose chemical composition is identical to that of the respective plants. As a rule, they have significantly fewer ingredients than the natural essential oil. Synthetic oils are deliberately chemically composed and have little in common with natural products. Their health-promoting effect is clearly inferior to that of natural oils.
What is the shelf life of your products and how should I store them?
Are your products certified?
We regularly have our process and product quality independently checked and audited. We are certified according to: DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, GMP+ B1, QS, Öko, Halal, DIN EN ISO 14001.
Can your products also be used in organic / ecological production?
Our 4Green products can be used in organic production in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 2018/848 (DE-ÖKO-006). Both DOSTO® Oregano and PHYTOsolvan® are available for the organic sector.
Where can I find the dosage and application recommendations?
The exact dosage and application recommendations can be found on the homepage by clicking on the respective product. Our standard dosage recommendations can also be found on each product packaging. The dosage of DOSTO® Oregano or PHYTOsolvan® can be adjusted in times of increased stress. If you have any questions about the exact dosage and duration of use, please contact us directly.
My pet has respiratory problems, which product should I choose?
We recommend PHYTOsolvan®. With its unique combination of natural essential oils (including thyme and aniseed oil) and herbal extracts, it improves palatability and supports respiratory function. You can purchase PHYTOsolvan® in powder form for use in compound feed and as a water-soluble feed supplement from our store. Our PHYTOsolvan® 4Green is suitable for organic/ecological production.
My pet has gastrointestinal problems, which product should I choose?
We recommend DOSTO® Oregano. The stabilizing and optimizing effect of oregano oil on the gastrointestinal tract has been proven many times in science and practice. DOSTO® Oregano Oil improves the palatability of the feed, supports the natural immune system and can be used quickly and flexibly. You can purchase DOSTO® Oregano in powder form for use in compound feed and as a water-soluble feed supplement from our store. Our 4Green products are suitable for organic / ecological production.
Is there a waiting period before slaughter after using your products?
No, as our products are based exclusively on purely natural active ingredients, there is no waiting period for animal products.
