Our active ingredients are essential oils and plant extracts - pure and natural. Because they naturally offer the ideal combination of phenols and other secondary plant ingredients to support animal health.
Numerous studies have shown how effective essential oils and plant extracts are for animal health. Just one drop of essential oil contains 50 to 200 times more active ingredients than dried herbs and tea infusions.

At DOSTO® Oregano, we work exclusively with our specially selected, exclusive variety Origanum vulgare ssp. hirtum Var. "Volcano" .
We obtain the seeds and grow the seedlings in the greenhouse.
The seedlings are planted in the fields, where they provide us with our precious oregano oil for several years.
The oregano plants are harvested in late summer.
The precious essential oil is found in the oil cells on the leaves.
We extract the essential oregano oil using gentle steam distillation.
