Innovation through research & development
Our research and development is the driving force behind our innovative solutions. In cooperation with international universities and research centers, we develop products that support the health of your animals in a natural way. Our in-house pilot plant allows us to test active ingredients and optimize manufacturing processes before they are transferred to large-scale production.
Examples of our research and development work
Particularly noteworthy are our award-winning innovations such as DOSTO® TMR bi-active, which was specially developed for digestion in ruminants, and PHYTOsolvan® 4Green, a product that is also approved for organic farming and supports the respiratory tract of livestock.
DOSTO® Ruminant bi-active
Product for adult ruminants (cattle, goats, sheep) to ensure the release of essential oregano oil from the rumen to the small intestine / large intestine. A combination product was developed for this purpose, which releases oregano in the rumen (microflora-modulating and performance-enhancing effect). It can also pass through the rumen protected and develop its digestive and health-promoting effect there.
PHYTOsolvan® 4Green
Supplementary feed for organic feed to support the respiratory tract. The aim of the development is to expand the PHYTOsolvan® product line for supporting respiratory functions in livestock with a product that can also be used in organic farming. The prerequisite for this is the use of purely natural active ingredients that are approved for organic farming. This applies not only to certified organic active ingredients, but also to suitable carrier materials with corresponding certification.
Water-soluble feed supplement with natural emulsifier
Existing emulsion systems rely almost exclusively on emulsifiers that are not of natural origin. Or they are of natural origin but chemically modified in order to achieve advantageous product properties. However, this excludes them from use in organic farming or as components of organic products.
The aim of development is therefore to make use of the few available resources of natural emulsifiers and to realize their properties through suitable combinations and process methods with the existing technical possibilities on site.
